We were asked:
If I were to freak out about something and not know how to deal with it, what would I do?

There are many things in life that can cause us to freak out; so much that we just want to run away from the things that scare us. We need to find a safe space. Often the need to run, is greater than the fear itself.

Our strategy might be to find a safe space in our head. Also, to try and see the fear as something much smaller than we imagine it to be. Begin to believe in your own strength.
